I'm Ben and I'm looking for a housemate to share my house with me in St Denys. I am looking for someone from late November when my sister will move out. I would prefer to find a lodger looking for a short-term stay.
I enjoy live music, athletics, cycling and the gym. I go to Saint Mary's church regularly. I'm fairly open minded and non-judgemental.
The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside, drawers and a slim wardrobe. A single bed could be provided instead if you would like more space. I have recently replastered and redecorated the bedroom, dining room and lounge. The house has a lounge, dining room, kitchen, one bathroom, shed and a garden with a fire pit and separate rear access for bikes.
Parking is available on-street for free. Riverside Park 5 minutes walk and Portswood High St 10 minutes walk.

I have a cat called Charlie.
