Double bedroom. 5 min walk from town centre

It is a double bedroom in a small apartment block just outside ringwood Town centre. There is a sizeable shared lounge area and a kitchen aswell as a parking space available for use at the rear of the building. There is a large grass area outside the front door, plenty of room for activities!!

I’m a live in landlord so I am looking for someone around the same age as me to hopefully find some common ground and make living together easier. I am relatively tidy and would hope a potential flatmate is the same. I tend to start my days fairly early as I work alot but appreciate that's not for everyone so will try to be quiet!

I’m a bit of a geek so if you’re into your games, movies and comics so much the better!!
