Double Room For Rent In Ringwood

Large double room to rent in in a quiet cul de-sac.
Friendly household in a large house with easy access to the town centre.
The house has a large kitchen. living room and conservatory plus a patio area and garden.
We are looking for a friendly person who can respect the house and current occupants.
The room is upstairs and 15ft by 10 (5m by 3m) with wardrobe and furniture. including a sofa if required,
We operate a cleaning rota which means each person is responsible for cleaning once a month including putting the bins out.
No draconian rules , just to keep the noise down at night and to keep the kitchen and bathroom tidy after use.
The room has a tv point but we dont expect anyone to be stuck in their room and they are welcome to use the conservatory and garden.
(We also have a sauna in the garden)
There`s parking space on the drive plus free parking spots across the road.
All bills included according to fair use.
Ie not leaving lights on all over the house or running heaters all day! (we have central heating)
