Double room to rent in Ringwood

The room is in Hightown area of Ringwood.
Big Modern light and airy house with friendly people.
Currently there are 2 ladies living here and a guy whose moving out imminently.
Use of all facilities including WIFI and bills are included in rent.
Nice atmosphere and we look for people who are going to keep it that way! The house is kept pretty tidy and all we ask is you clean up bathroom and kitchen after yourself and please just be considerate to other housemates. If you like to help with the cleaning its greatly appreciated. As for mixing in you are welcome to use the living room and conservatory and you have your own cupboards and fridge/freezer space in the very large kitchen. we have 2 bathrooms but one is my ensuite so i dont use the main one much.

Rent is 350 a month paid in advance.
