I have a Double Room with King Sized Bed available (there is room for a chest of drawers/wardrobe) in a fully furnished 3 bed link detached property close to the A31 in Ringwood. Walking distance of Ringwood town centre (20 mins on foot, 4 mins by car).

Bathroom with power shower and bath

Open plan living room and dining room

Kitchen with all appliances including American Style Fridge/Freezer

Garage with room for some storage if required

Decent sized garden

Strong Wifi connection and Sky TV/Netflix/Amazon Prime etc.

My name is Libbi and I live here with my dog, Arlo. We relocated from London 6 months ago and since I have a spare room I'd like to rent this out 5 nights a week, ideally Sunday night to Thursday night inclusive. Would suit someone who commutes to a workplace nearby during the week or a student who likes to go home at weekends.

I'm self employed and work partly from home and partly out and about. I'd be happy for someone to work from home alongside me as there's plenty of room and an office space upstairs.

Occasional weekend stays would not be a problem with prior arrangement - I have opted for weekdays only since I occasionally have family or friends visiting from London at weekends

No pets I'm afraid as my dog is scared of dogs and I don't know what he'd be like with a cat!
