Plenty of off street parking and close to amenities. 10 minute walk into town and 5 mins walking to the local gym. Please, no smokers. This is a mature house hold, with myself and a dog. The house is peaceful and witth a garden. Kitchen is well equiped. I work from home using the third bedroom as an office. I am looking for a short let tennant 3 months or less.
