Double Room - Ringwood - House

Hello Everyone!

I'm Gavin the live in landlord...
I have one double room for rent in a 4 year old 3 bedroom house situated in Ringwood. The house is located in Poplar Way, Ringwood.

The location is great and it only takes minuets to get onto the A31, where you can get to Salisbury, Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth and Poole really easily.

The room comes furnished complete with; a small double ottoman bed, with a mattress and storage underneath, blackout blinds a cloths rail and some drawers (I'll buy more stuff if it's needed too. Note: I can also get rid of all this stuff and give you the room unfurnished, but the price remains the same.

All bills included (including Wi-Fi).

In the pictures and plan the available room is bedroom 3.
The size of the room is: 9ft X 7.5ft (small double / big single).

The house has ample parking for 3-4 cars on the drive with loads of parking off-road too.

The house is relatively new and all of the furnishing fixtures and fittings are also pretty new.

The garden is large (around 60ft long), with a shed and cool summer house - check out the pictures. We often have fires and BBQ's in the garden during the summer. I'm also in the process of building a CrossFit climbing frame.

There's a rented garage for storage, if required (but not guaranteed) - we keep our bikes and kayaks in there.

We have a National Lottery Euro Millions syndicate weekly (Tuesdays and Fridays). This is £2.50 per week (extra!).

A security deposit is required with the first month's rent up front.
