Room to rent

I'm looking for 2 people to rent out a room in my house who are similar in age to me, who don't smoke, who are clean and tidy around the house and who like animals. Professional preferred. The soonest I can rent out is 16th April. The smaller room is £550 a month and the larger room is £600. There is a lovely garden with a patio and bench to sit on outside. There will also be a few cats wandering about the house. It's about a 10 minute walk from the train station, 2 minute walk from bus route to Winchester and a 10-20 minute drive to Southampton. Ideally want someone who doesn't work from home. Please do leave a description about yourself so I know a bit about you if you are interested.
