I'm looking for 1 person to rent out a room in my house who is similar in age to me, who doesn't smoke and who is clean and tidy around the house. There is a lovely garden with a patio and bench to sit on outside. I currently have kittens whom are staying in 1 room at the moment but will be let out in a couple of months. It's about a 10 minute walk from the train station, 2 minute walk from bus route to Winchester and a 10-20 minute drive to Southampton.
