Double room in house

I’m seeking a professional person to rent a room in my house, I will be living in house until late December but then I am away for four months.

I would like someone to join me in my home before I leave, anytime from beginning October onwards. When I leave I would expect person to respect my home and also if possible care for my cat. My street is very friendly and neighbours can also help out with cat feeding!

I am open to someone who might want the room from Monday to Friday and would be happy to adjust the price accordingly. Since this room will be let over winter period, I would like a contribution to gas and electric bills.

My house is a period property in centre of Romsey, minutes from Waitrose and the train station. It is in a friendly, quiet street.
There is a shared bathroom and toilet, use of kitchen and some access to lounge area. When I am away person would have free access to all these areas.
