House is aimed at young professionals. The available room is a furnished, upstairs, double bedroom in the house. Rent on this room is £500pcm + a flat fee of £100pm for all bills, council tax, internet, TV license etc. £600 total.

The housemates are all sociable (mid 20s female) and would like to find someone else to fit in. You deal directly with the landlord so all deposits are fully refundable, there are no fees for lease signing, credit checks etc. the landlord manages these at his own expense.
