Great location between Southampton General and town Centre. 15 mins walk to the train station and 10 mins approx to Bedford Place. Also good commuter access via Winchester Rd. House is aimed at young professionals. The available room is a furnished, upstairs, double bedroom in the house.

The housemates are all sociable (mid 20s female) and would like to find someone else to fit in. You deal directly with the landlord so all deposits are fully refundable, there are no fees for lease signing, credit checks etc. the landlord manages these at his own expense.
