Well cared for double room

This is a very pretty room in a a quiet house very conveniently situated. It is 1.3 miles from Southampton general and 1.9 miles to Southampton central station. The kitchen is well equipped with shared fridge and freezer and washing machine oven and airfrier. There is a newly decorated shared sitting/dining room with tv. WiFi and Netflix provided. There is a lovely garden shaded by a eucalyptus tree.

I am looking for someone quiet and respectful who will fit well in the house with others. I will therefore be interviewing a number of people before choosing the person that I feel will best fit in.
