I have a double and a single room available in this very nicely presented house. Sharing with 5 friendly professionals (3 females and 2 males).

The large room has new furniture and comprises a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers. There's plenty of space for a desk and chair too.

The single room has a junior double bed (4ft wide), wardrobe space, desk and chest of drawers.

There's a lovely garden area, lounge, Smart TV, 2 fridge freezers, 2 cookers, dishwasher, 2 shower rooms, bike storage and 900MB wi-fi included. Free parking is available on the road outside the house.

Shirley High St is just a 2 minute walk from the house. Very close to Lidl, lots of shops and a bus stop where all the buses go straight to the central train station and city centre.

The rents are £620 and £530 per month including all the bills. The deposit is just £500.

Couples are welcome in the larger room for an extra £200 per month and extra £200 deposit.
