I have a large bedroom available in a good house in Shirley. It has a double bed with storage underneath, wardrobe and drawers. There is also plenty of room for a desk and chair if you want one.

The house has a big lounge with a large Smart TV, very fast internet, etc. The kitchen includes 2 fridge freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher.
Sharing with 4 friendly professionals, 1 male and 3 females.

It is located near the shops on Shirley High which also has excellent bus links to the centre.

Free parking is available on the road outside and bike storage available too. The rent is £560 per month including all the bills. The deposit is £500.

Sorry, no couples in this room, but I have a room in another house where I can have a couple so feel free to contact me if you need accommodation for 2 people.
