The room has a walk in wardrobe/shelving, single bed, dressing table and a work station. There is a hand-basin. Gas heating [balanced flue room sealed] and electricity [shower, sockets and lights] to the room are on coin meters. NO other bills. The rest of the house is heated. The room has a patio door to a shared balcony area.

House mates, post graduates/professional: 4 females. Wifi throughout house from 1Gb optic fibre Broadband. Rent includes Council tax and water rates.

You share kitchen with 2 other tenants. The adjoining lounge is shared by everyone. Use of a washing machine and a coin operated heat pump clothes dryer. There are 3 interior clothes racks and a rotary line on the patio. Shared rear garden area and bike shed. You are expected to clean up after yourself after using the kitchen and tidy up after using the lounge and your bathroom. There is a rota for the main house bins
