A spacious double room is available to rent on Tenterton Avenue, Southampton, SO19 9HT, in a quiet and well-connected residential area. The room can be offered newly furnished or left unfurnished depending on your preference, and you would be living with me, a single 31-year-old male who works as a Senior Valuations Manager at an estate agents. I am out of the property during the day Monday to Friday, working from home one day during the week, and I am usually home on Sundays while working alternate Saturdays. I am easy-going and would ideally like a sociable person to share the home with.
