We have a room available in our friendly, spacious house share located just off Winchester Road in Southampton. The room will be available on 30 March 2024.
Our house is home to a great group of easy-going, young professionals who have created a comfortable and welcoming living environment. We have a modern fitted kitchen/diner, a large garden, a W. C, and a cozy living room, providing plenty of space for everyone. Additionally, you'll share the bathroom with only one person.
Rent includes all bills, including free broadband and TV, as well as a cleaner every two weeks to keep everything spick and span.
The house is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the hospital, 5-minute walk from the park, common and supermarket, and a 30-minute walk from the train station and city centre. There are also a few takeaways at the end of the road and a gym across the street to work off any extra calories!
