The living room has sofas, a good sound system, a dining area with table and 4 chairs, and a projector for film nights. There is a large balcony perfect for your morning coffee or reading a book.
There is a kitchen with a gas oven and 5-point gas hob system. There is a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboard space. The flat has a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a Hoover and cleaning equipment.
