The property has a modern kitchen; seperate utilities room with washing/drying machine, & dishwasher
The house is situated in Redbridge, a 2 minute walk to Redbridge train station which takes 5 minutes to get into Southampton Central and 10 min to walk to Totton town centre. The Nearest bus stop is a 4 min walk. The house is a 10 min drive to southampton general Hospital, and has plenty of unrestricted on road parking.
The property has been renovated to a high standard and has a large, homely feel. The living area is spacious and boasts a large garden with decking and solar lights galore!
There is now 1 double bed room available. The bedroom’s is furnished, with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table. It can however be modified if needed with your own furniture and has room for a desk and chair. Tv cables are all in-situ.
This double room would suit a single professional .
Included - : Gas, electric, water, Unlimited internet and Smart TV in lounge.
Rent: £700.00 per calendar month with a £700 deposit which will be returned upon moving out if no issues/breakages in the room.
You will be sharing with the owner, a 42 year old male who works in the NHS and private sector. Ideal house mate would need to be non judgmental of people from different backgrounds I. e sexuality, nationality, religion etc. The other 2 flat mates are in their 30’s, male and working in engineering/construction . Both are calm and relaxed individuals who work hard and like the sanctuary of home to rest.
