Large Double Bedroom

The Room available is a Large double bedroom at the front of the house on the 1st floor overlooking the Street.

Please note it’s NOT available for couples it’s only licensed for one person!

The room itself has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, under bed storage, desk and chair… from the window you can see the street, there is a tree outside together with roses which are lovely and green in the summer and they lose their leaves in the winter..

The house has the following amenities: one upstairs shower room with toilet and basin the shower itself is a very nice size for showering. There is a downstairs toilet in the kitchen. The kitchen has a dining table for eating food or meeting friends. The garden has Very mature bamboo, climbing plants, it also has extensive roses growing along the boundary fence.

There is an outbuilding which is NOT for Tenants use, but for the Landlord to store spare furniture!

There is a secluded area on the patio with 10 Metre’s of wooden benches some of which are surrounded by beautiful bamboo and ferns..

The area is very close to the centre of Southampton with a 10 minute walk to the railway station. The University is a 10 to 15 minute bicycle ride or a 30 to 40 minute walk. Solent University is a 10 to 15 minute walk away.

There are plenty of university buses that go regularly.

There is on the street parking which you can get a permit for. Its approximately £35 per year.
