One large double room for rent in Portswood, Southampton due to previous tenant finishing his PhD. House is 4 bed with the remaining two tenants having stayed since 2020 and the 3rd from the start of this year.

Looking ideally for professionals but as long as your able to get along with everyone else then no preferences. Long term long or short term equally accepted. No real preference from me.

Anything that is shared I. E.-cleaning materials, washing detergent, dish washer tablets, toilet rolls etc. are covered by me.
