Furnished Room in Quiet Semi-Detached House

I’m a PhD student currently living in a two-bedroom, two-floor semi-detached house, and I’m looking for another tidy and responsible PhD student or postgraduate to share the space with me for up to 6 months (with possible flexibility).

The available room is in a fully furnished property, including:
• Washing machine & dishwasher
• Toaster, tea machine, coffee machine, and blender
• Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom (Note: the house has 2 toilets but only 1 bath/shower, which will be shared)

The house is kept clean and quiet, ideal for focused study and research. I maintain a clean and respectful home and am looking for someone who appreciates and upholds the same standards, especially in shared spaces.
