Double room near city centre & Southampton Common

Double room available on a quiet street close to the city centre and Southampton Common. The room is at the back of the house overlooking the garden and has a double bed, chest of drawers, desk if required and a built-in wardrobe with a rail and shelving.

The house also has a conservatory, living room and dining room area. There is also a garden and although my gardening abilities leave a little to be desired, it gets the sun until about 6pm and has a hammock!

There is on street parking, a permit for which can be obtained from the council.

The city cetre and Southampton common are about 10 minutes walk away. Lidl, Aldi and Bedford place pubs even nearer! The train station is also about a 15-20 walk away and there are lots of bus links a few streets away on the Avenue.

The rent is £700 per calendar month which includes all bills(Toob Full Fibre broadband, gas, electricity, water and council tax. The living room TV also has Netflix, Disney Plus and Prime Video)

The house is a two bedroom terraced house shared with just myself. I work full time doing a mix a home and office days, and I like running, cycling, wine, beer, food and catching up with friends, horror films and country music (which I don't inflict on others unless wanted 😄). I bought the house last year and before that I've rented in different house shares over the years. I like living with others and am easygoing and friendly and ideally looking for someone who would be up for a few drinks, food or watching a film but equally respectful of personal space.
