Lovely quiet room in spacious house

This is a large room situated at the back of the house so is very quiet. Located near City Centre and a 10 minute walk from the Common. The house is spacious so we won't get in each others way. There are two large living rooms, one of which will be for your sole use, it has a log fire and patio doors which open up to the garden. The third bedroom has fitted wardrobes that you can use. I'm super chill and easy to get along with. No children so no need to worry about loads of visitors turning up. It's a very relaxed atmosphere in this house 🙂
I'm a good cook and always make too much so you could take advantage of that but otherwise the kitchen is yours to do as you wish.
I have a cat called George who is basically the boss. I'm self employed so am often out working. The dining room sometimes doubles as my office and you'll be welcome to use it for the same purpose. This will suit contractor/student/professional.
