We’re looking for a friendly and sociable (preferably female) flatmate to join our spacious 4-bedroom flat in the Polygon area, Southampton.
Current housemates are myself (25/female/master's student) + two other working professional females mid to late 20's.
There are two bathrooms (one full and one WC), a spacious lounge and a full kitchen with dining table.
📍 Great location – walking distance to Southampton Central Station, city centre, shops, cafes, and restaurants.
💷 Rent: £475 per month (paid on the 1st of each month to Clear lettings agent)
🧾 Bills: Approximately £100–£130 per person per month, split equally between housemates. This includes Gas, Electricity, Water, Wi-Fi, and Council Tax.
🚗 Comes with one parking space
🏡 We're looking for someone clean, respectful, and easy-going who enjoys a friendly house atmosphere.
Viewings are welcome, and the room is available from beginning of November but it is flexible (up to the end of November or even asap!)
