Room in family home

We are a family of 5 (3 kids ages 2-7) who have a room available on the top floor of our house. The rest of us have bedrooms on the middle floor, so the top floor would be all yours most of the time. The room has a desk, a closet and an adjacent bathroom. There is a shared kitchen and lounge on the ground floor as well as a garden.

The area is quiet and leafy but close to the university, town, Southampton Common and Portswood. It is also not far from both hospitals.

We are a family who mainly speak English but also some French. The children are at school/nursery throughout most of the week and have various activities in the evenings and weekends.
