I'm looking for a friendly, considerate lodger to share my newly refurbished two-bedroom flat (first-floor maisonette). Ideally, I'd love to find a fellow postgraduate student (Master's or PhD), although I'm open to hearing from other professionals who might be a good fit.

A little about me: I work in the Engineering Department at the University of Southampton, generally keeping typical office hours during the week. The flat is my main home, rather than a property I only occasionally use, so I'm looking for someone who would enjoy sharing a comfortable home together. I'm fairly settled in my routine and value having a relaxed, friendly and considerate atmosphere at home. Cleanliness, mutual respect and friendliness are important to me, and I'd hope to find someone who shares those values.
