It is a modern 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. The downstairs is open plan with double doors that lead out onto a private patio area, beyond which is a communal garden that is maintained by the management company.
THE LOCATION
The house has an amazing location - 5 minute walk to Ocean Village Marina (bars, restaurants, 2 cinemas, Tescos), 10 minute walk to town centre (bars restaurants, shops, bowling, another cinema) and 10 minutes to Oxford street (more bars and restaurants...)
PARKING
There is underground parking allocated to a different room. It's occasionally available with nearby on street parking also available.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
It's a 25 minute walk to Southampton central and there's a bus stop around the corner (although I have no idea where any of those buses go).
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
All bills are included. That covers council tax, energy, Sky TV, water, superfast broadband, the lot!
SHARED FACILITIES
New shared bathroom (with anti-mist mirror and rain drop shower)
Kitchen with full range of utensils including microwave, kettle and toaster
Fridge/freezer with allocated shelf
Plenty of cupboards with allocated personal space
