It would would suit either a working professional or Masters/PhD student and is available from 11th November.
THE HOUSE
The house is a large semi-detached house located on High Road. There are six rooms in total with 2 bathrooms. The house was fully refurbished 8 years ago with a new kitchen installed. There is a front garden and large rear grassy garden. Perfect for exercising/circuits/yoga/meditation. There is also a storage shed and bike rack area. The house is fully HMO compliant with fire doors and smoke alarms. The house is kept clean and tidy by the existing housemates.
THE LOCATION
Quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of down-town central Portswood, yet a 15 walk to University areas, local shops and local restaurants (Persian, Indian, Thai, Chinese and good old McDonalds). I can confess of eating at the Persian which is really lovely.
Its a 5 minute walk to Swaythling station and Convenient for access to M3 and M27 motorways.
Its also a short commute to Southampton City Centre and Eastleigh.
A 12 minute walk to beautiful Riverside Park and Woodmill for lovely stroll along the water. Sainsburys supermarket is a 15 minute walk.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND PARKING
There is a bus stop just outside property with buses into City Centre and Portswood High Street.
Its a 30 minute bus ride to General Hospital. Swaythling station is around a 5 minute walk. There is free parking for up to 2 cars at the rear of the property.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
All bills are included. We also have fortnightly cleaner service of communal areas and grass cutting included in rent. There is super fast full-fat fibre from Toob rated very highly; perfect for streaming movies and online gaming! Believe me this is uber fast!

You will have access to two bathrooms - one with a full size bath/shower and the other a dedicated shower room.

There are currently 5 other housemates consisting of all males. The housemates nationalities are English, Lithuanian, Sudanese and Malaysian descent; a real cosmopolitan household!
