I live in the SO18 area.
The room is not big but comfortably furnished. If you are looking
for somewhere quiet and peaceful then look no further.
I live in a 3 storey semi-detached house in a private Close in the West End area of Southampton, which is about 4 miles from the city centre. I do have 1 parking space free which is available occasionally but
there is street parking with no restrictions.
I am looking for a lodger who is either a professional working person who is not working from home .. Someone clean, tidy and respectful. Sorry no shift workers.
Utility bills of gas, electric, water (and Internet access assuming fair usage).
Please tell me a little bit about yourself, why you seek new accommodation, your occupation or where you are studying etc. and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

New direct bus service being introduced soon going to St James Road Shirley, then on to Southampton General Hospital.
Direct bus route to City Centre by BlueStar No 14 and No 16
In the opposite direction the No 14 goes to Hedge End Railway Station. Utilitas Cricket Ground and Superstores.
BlueStar No 20 which goes via Portswood then on to City Centre. This is the best bus for getting to Southampton University in Highfield.
Southampton University is a 10 minute walk from Portswood. There is U9 bus which leaves at 06.50 from Meggason Ave every Mon to Fri and goes to Southampton University, and returning back around 16.20 from main university campus.
Bluestar No 24 is a 20 minute walk to bus stop in Swaythling Road near Haskins Nursery which goes to Airport, Southampton Parkway, railway station and Eastleigh.
