Happy lively home.

The room is two rooms, a private sitting area with a bedroom off it. There is plenty of storage in both rooms.
We have two very friendly cats.. There is a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a full size fridge freezer between two lodgers, a living/dining room, bathroom and shower room. The garden is a lovely area to enjoy the outside, smoking is ok in the garden. There is a washing machine, drying area and tumble dryer in the outhouse.
From the house it is a 6 mins walk to Fratton station, a 10 min drive to the M27 and a 10 min walk to Albert Road.
I am a live in landlady, the room is offered as lodgings in my home and will be available from October..
I live here, one of my daughters and her husband live here a few months of the year and there will be a maximum of 2 lodgers.
We’re looking for the right people to fit in, prospective lodgers will be sociable and comfortable with shared living.
