Happy lively home.

The bedroom is a large bright room with a king size bed.
We have two very friendly cats.. There is a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, living room, dining room, bathroom and shower room. The garden is decked and a lovely area to enjoy the outside, smoking is only ok in the garden. There is a washing machine and dryer in the outhouse. From the house it is a 6 mins walk to Fratton station, a 10 min drive to the M27 and a 10 min walk to Albert Road.
I am a live in landlady, the room is offered as lodgings in my home and will be available from the beginning of November..
I live here, one of my daughters and her husband live here several months of the year and there will be a maximum of 2 lodgers.
