The house is a neat terraced property in Oxford Road which is in Central Southsea

The bedroom is on the first floor. There is a shared sitting room, a good sized kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.

There is a small sunny southwest facing patio garden.

The house is in a very central position adjacent to Albert Road with its many shops and bars and only a short walk to the seafront.

There is a fortnightly cleaning service provided to shared areas.
