We are looking for an extremely clean, tidy and respectful PROFESSIONAL aged between 23-35 years of age in order to keep the culture and interests of the house aligned.

PROPERTY DETAILS:

• 1 communal lounge

• Located in Southsea, Fratton High Street is just a few minutes walk and the Tesco Superstore in The Pompey Centre is just a 10 minute walk. If you turn south, the ever-lively Albert Road is only a 15 minute walk away as well as the Southsea seafront being a further 5 minutes.

• Zone MB parking permits required only between 4PM-6PM daily. You should contact the local council to check availability.

TENANCY DETAILS:

• Working professionals Preferred (Masters or post-grad students considered but MUST be working too)

• Must provide proof of address and a landlord reference if you are currently renting

If you do not meet any of the above criteria, we may ask for a guarantor.

GUARANTOR CRITERIA (IF REQUIRED):

• Must provide proof of identity
• Must have a credit file with no adverse credit
• Must prove an annual income of at least 36x the monthly rent
• Must provide proof of address in the UK
• Must also provide an employment, and landlord reference where applicable, if you wish to use the deposit replacement

If you do not have a suitable UK based guarantor, you may be able to use our guarantor scheme instead (please ask for details).
