Zone 'MC' parking permits required only between 5PM-7PM daily, otherwise no permits required. You should contact the local council to check availability.
Either a 5-week refundable cash deposit required OR no cash deposit required with our Deposit Replacement Scheme from just £5 p/m (subject to the below criteria).
Minimum term 6 months. All bills are included in the rent.
We are looking for extremely clean, tidy and respectful PROFESSIONAL aged between 23-35 years of age in order to keep the culture and interests of the house aligned.

TENANT CRITERIA:
• Working professionals only / Masters/post-grad students considered (must be working too) / UC accepted
• Must prove income of at least 30x the monthly rent or we may ask for a guarantor
• Must have no active CCJ’s or IVA’s or a we may ask for a guarantor
• Must have a positive employers reference
• Must have a positive landlord/agent reference if currently renting
GUARANTOR CRITERIA:
• Must be permanently living in the UK for more than 1 year
• Must provide proof of current UK address and previous addresses where applicable
• Must be permanently employed or self-employed for more than 1 year
• Must prove income of at least 36x the monthly rent
• Must have a fair to excellent credit score with Experian
