We are looking for an extremely clean, tidy and respectful PROFESSIONAL aged between 23-35 years of age in order to keep the culture and interests of the house aligned.

PROPERTY DETAILS:

• Located in the heart of Southsea, you have a 2 minute walk to Albert Road with its plethora of shops, restaurants, takeaways and pubs including main bus routes around the city, and a 5-10 minute walk to Southsea seafront.

• Zone MC parking permits required between 5PM-7PM daily. You should contact the local council to check availability OR No parking permits required

TENANCY DETAILS:

• Must prove an annual income of at least 30x the monthly rent
• Must provide proof of address and a landlord reference if you are currently renting

If you do not meet any of the above criteria, we may ask for a guarantor.

GUARANTOR CRITERIA (IF REQUIRED):

• Must provide proof of identity
• Must have a credit file with no adverse credit
• Must prove an annual income of at least 36x the monthly rent
• Must provide proof of address in the UK
• Must also provide an employment, and landlord reference where applicable, if you wish to use the deposit replacement

If you do not have a suitable UK based guarantor, you may be able to use our guarantor scheme instead (please ask for details).
