It comprises of 2 downstairs living rooms, dining room, kitchen & small lean to conservatory. There is also a good size summerhouse, with electric, to enjoy during the summer months.
Upstairs there is 4 bedrooms & 1 large family sized bathroom with a shower & bath.
The Bedroom available is the largest bedroom, situated at the front with the large bay windows.
The Garden is very big for Southsea. Its South facing so in the Summer gets the Sun all day right up until 9pm. Perfect for BBQs.
All bills are included - I have full Virgin TV with an additional box if you wish that has Sky sports, Sky movies etc.
There is a Lidl within 2 mins walk.
Parking permit is available.
It would just be myself living at the property. I am only renting 1 of the Bedrooms.

I'm a 31 year old professional. I work as a Buyer for B&Q at their Head office in Eastleigh. I work 3 days in the office & 2 days at home but my job does require travel so often I am not around during the week.
I'm a very easy going person & love to socialise, but also enjoy my own time. I am very active and do alot of running, cycling, walking, paddleboarding, especially during the summer. I also play the Piano & Guitar, of which you're welcome to use.
I have two house cats, named Penelope & Parker. They are brother & sister. It is important to me that you are a cat lover as they are very friendly & require some love. There might be some occasions where I'd ask you to feed them if I'm away with work ( I do have a cat feeder so it wouldn't be a full term commitment aha),
