All bills are included - I have full Virgin TV with an additional box if you wish that has Sky sports, Sky movies etc.
There is a Lidl within 2 mins walk.
Parking permit is available.
It would just be myself living at the property. I am only renting 1 of the Bedrooms.

I'm a 31 year old professional. I work as a Buyer for B&Q at their Head office in Eastleigh. I work 3 days in the office & 2 days at home but my job does require travel so often I am not around during the week.
I'm a very easy going person & love to socialise, but also enjoy my own time. I am very active and do alot of running, cycling, walking, paddleboarding, especially during the summer. I also play the Piano & Guitar, of which you're welcome to use.
I have two house cats, named Penelope & Parker. They are brother & sister. It is important to me that you are a cat lover as they are very friendly & require some love. There might be some occasions where I'd ask you to feed them if I'm away with work ( I do have a cat feeder so it wouldn't be a full term commitment aha),

I'm looking for a like minded person to share my home with. You must be very clean & tidy and as mentioned above must be a cat lover.
