All eight bedrooms are spacious doubles, furnished to a high standard and decorated in a modern colour scheme. Five have their own en-suite with a rainfall shower, and the three rooms on the top floor share a large shower room between them. The rooms currently available are not en-suite.

At the back of the house is a large open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The kitchen is finished in charcoal and white with marble-effect worktops and fully integrated appliances, including a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and two large skylights bring in plenty of natural light. The lounge has leather sofas and a wall-mounted flatscreen television. Beyond is a low-maintenance rear courtyard with a picnic bench for summer evenings.

All utilities are included in the rent: gas, electricity, water and superfast fibre broadband. Maintenance is handled in-house and requests are dealt with promptly.

Montgomerie Road sits between Fratton Road and Victoria Road North, a quiet street with the shops and cafes of Elm Grove and Albert Road a couple of minutes away. Fratton station is a short walk east, and Southsea Common and the seafront are an easy cycle to the south. The University of Portsmouth is a brief walk or cycle away.
