Nice warm room in cozy house

Hi, I have a large double sized room for a single person. The room would suit a working gent, maybe a builder? (Because the other gent often walks around in his underwear), The room is close to bus routes and the train station, with lots of local shops. There are two parks nearby and the beach is a 20 minute walk. away.
I'm sorry but no more parking permits are available for this address. The rent needs to be paid weekly.
This is a laid back house, it's clean and tidy, but not a palace. It's just an ordinary clean and tidy room.
PS There are three tiny dogs downstairs, who sometimes pop up for a treat from the other tenant.
I need to know a bit about any person who wishes to view the room. If you just ask if the room is still available, and there is no information about you, I probably won't respond. I like to see a proper profile about you and what you are looking for.

Please get in touch if you feel the room would suit you. Thankyou, Andrea.
