Room in southsea

About us:
My partner and I live in a townhouse in Southsea. We have a spare room that we're looking to rent out at the start of August (but can be flexible). We are both 28, Jamie works in Hilsea and I (nishita) largely work from home, with occasional visits to London.
We also have two cats who are incredibly friendly, you'll have to be okay with living with cats.

About the room:
We are close to Albert Road, pyramids gym, the beach and less than a km from fratton station.

The room is on the ground floor backing onto the garden, there is also a wardrobe outside the room which you will have. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor which will be yours and a utility which you can put microwave etc if you would like to. The kitchen is on the first floor which you are also more than welcome to use. We have a garage too if you need to store anything in there and there is also potential for parking for you.

All bills are included.

About you:
We would love to live with someone from 18-40, ideally a girl, someone who is tidy in communal spaces! No smokers please
