The household is very quiet and tidy, and we are very respectful and communicative with each other. The house is very spacious and has a homely and nice atmosphere. It's only three of us total in the house so there's plenty of space and quietness. Communal areas include a spacious kitchen, shared living room, a lovely garden area and a separate service area. There is a large bathroom with a shower and bath that is shared only among the lodgers, as well as a separate toilet downstairs. Preference will be given to working professionals and mature/postgrad students.
The house is very well located in central Southsea, 5min to local shops and groceries, 10-12min walk to Southsea Train Station, and 10min walk to University.
