Sunny, comfortable double room in a peaceful Southsea home (2-bed mid terrace). Ideal for professional working locally during the week, clean/tidy household, respectful shared spaces.

Shared access to upstairs bathroom, living/dining area, kitchen and garden. Walking distance to buses, seafront, restaurants and shops on a very quiet residential street.

I occupy the second bedroom, so you will be the only paying guest.

Both bedrooms are on the first floor, along with the shared bathroom with a shower and bath. Downstairs, there's a shared living/dining area and kitchen. There is a walled, west-facing garden with a lawn and sun in the afternoon, which you’re welcome to use.

Light use of the kitchen and washing machine. I can provide space in the fridge and a cupboard for food.

I have two indoor cats who will not be in your room, but they have free access to the rest of the house.

It’s a smoke-free home but you can smoke or vape in the garden.
