Double bedroom

I have a double room with lots of natural light, so it’s bright and sunny during the day. The house is a two-bedroom house in Eastney, which is a quieter part of Portsmouth. It’s around 15 minutes from the beach and really conveniently located right by the exit out of Portsmouth, making it easy to get in and out of Portsmouth. There is a second parking permit available.

A bit about the house/share:
I’m looking for someone who is friendly, clean and respectful and who wants to make the house feel like a home. I’m very happy to socialise, have a chat, cook together or occasionally do something together, but I also really value having a quiet, relaxed home and my own space. I’m not looking for a party house, so ideally I’d like someone who feels the same and enjoys having a peaceful place to come home to.

I also have a very friendly indoor cat, so you’d need to be comfortable living with a cat 😊
