Nice warm room in cozy house

Hi, I am looking for a guy to share the upstairs with one other tenant. The room is a large newly decorated room with internet access. All bills are included except television license. The heating is on all winter but if you need extra heat you may need to contribute towards the electric fire in your room if you use it, but it's not usually needed because the central heating is on in the winter. The house is a cozy, friendly house, the other tenant smokes in his room, and often walks round in his pants so the room won't probably be suitable for a lady. There are three tiny dogs downstairs who sometimes pop upstairs to visit the other tenant. The room would suit a builder or someone who's not too fussy about sharing the landing. The other tenant is easy going and friendly. Unfortunately there are no parking permits available for this address, so someone without a car would be preferential. If you feel the room sounds right for you please don't hesitate to contact me. I have to add, due to bad experiences, I will not tolerate anyone with a drink or drug problem.
