We are in our 20s and have jobs in portsmouth after either travelling or recently qualifying from uni. We enjoy socialising with each other and going out in the evening for a few drinks.

The living room has leather seats, Tv with SKY+, modern decorations/lighting. There is a conservatory which is good for drying clothes / dinning.
The house is really well located 100m from the albert road and 5 minutes walk from fratton train station.
