The house is in a great location - close to the facilities along Albert road, the university bus stop on goldsmith avenue and about a 20 walk to university.

It was recently decorated and is registered with Portsmouth university and accredited by Portsmouth city council.

It comes fully furnished and equipped with everything you would ever need.

The house is double-glazed, centrally heated (new energy efficient boiler installed 2022 and thermostatic radiator valves in each room), with cavity wall and loft insulation.
