I also need to tell you that the house has an EPC rating of C, meaning it is pretty efficient for a Victorian terraced house, but once again you don’t pay for heat/light as this is also included in the rent. I am a live out landlord, but I live and work about a mile away so it is easy for me to come over if you have an issue at the house.
