A double room (for occupation by 1 person only) available in a professional shared house in Southsea, in Bath Road just off Albert Road. The house has a lot of light and modern decoration, recently refurbished.

All bills are included in the rent, including gas, electricity, wireless broadband and Council Tax. The property also has a weekly cleaner who cleans the communal areas. The house has one bathroom with toilet plus another separate toilet, there is also washing machine with dryer, two fridge freezers, cooker, oven and dishwasher.

The room is fully furnished, including a bed, a flat screen TV with Freeview, desk, chair and a large wardrobe.

The flatmates are in their 25-30s and sociable professionals.
