I am an academic and spend most of my time outside, including weekends. I am looking for someone to stay throughout the winter, from mid-September up to around the end of May, but I am flexible.

The room is fully furnished.
Some bills are not included in the rent and they are around £150 per month.

There is a shared garden that nobody uses and can be looked after.

The flat is very close to the sea, a lovely rose garden and good restaurants. You’ll love it because of the spaciousness, the light and the quiet beautiful neighbourhood. Southsea seafront, Canoe Lake and Eastney Beach are only moments away for great and relaxing walks.
