Price is per room per month, all-inclusive: energy, water, superfast broadband, council tax, fortnightly cleaning of the whole flat (rooms included) and fresh linen. No hidden extras.

The flat suits two people: either a couple, who can use the second room as a private living room (please ask for whole-flat pricing), or two independent guests sharing.

Available November to February, with some flexibility.
