My wife and I have a large, bright furnished double room to offer for rent from 1st June 2026(It is big enough to take a superking size bed). It comes with a T. V ariel point for all modern free view / H. D Tv's. This large spacious room overlooks our large back garden and comes with double wardrobes and storage space. It also comes with a private bathroom woth shower over bath. Monday to Friday rental will also be considered. The rent would be reduced in this case to £500pcm.

We are both easy going, full time professionals (I am a senior ODP based at the General Hospital in Southampton and my wife is a children's nanny). We are looking for a professional person to rent the room, someone who likes animals, as we have one older cat (Sorry no couples).

We are located 2 minutes from the M27 junction 7 at Hedge End. We are 20 minutes from Portsmouth, and 20 minutes from Southampton. We are 10 minutes from Southampton airport and the M3. We are also very close to a large M&S and Sainsburys and tesco. We are 2 minutes from the number 3 bus stop on Holcroft Road, the buses run every 10 minutes to town and the general hospital.

We can offer broadband internet access (wifi) as well as the use of a dishwasher and both a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also off street parking for cars as we live in a cul de sac.

The room is offered at £650 per calender month which includes all bills.
