The house is convenient for A326 to Fawley, Morrisons, the Number 11 bus and the 12 (with a bit of a walk) with the Gym quite close too. There's a small tv in the bedroom and another in the lounge. You are welcome to watch either or bring your own. I apparently have cable.

I"m interested in becoming zero waste but accepting of other life styles as i am easy going. I am looking for someone who will be respectful of others property, kind to the dog, respectful of the charity’s rules and will keep the rooms clean and I"ll keep kitchen and shared spaces clean too. I have a dedicated food cupboard and shelves in fridge and freezer for you to use. I dry clothes in the conservatory and on a sunny day this can take under a day.

It would ideally suit me to have someone on a shortish tenancy, maybe a contractor or locum in the area. But longer terms are good too.
