Ensuite double bedroom in cul-de-sac

Comfortable house shared with owner and cat. Suit contractor. No pets allowed in ensuite room. I've a calm nature, i work full time and would like someone who also goes out to work. As I often work from home it is not suitable for someone who also often works from home. I am interested in many different things and have an eclectic taste in music. The house is convenient for Morrisons, the Number 11 bus and the 12 (with a bit of a walk) with the Gym quite close too. There's a small tv in the bedroom and anther in the lounge. You are welcome to watch either or bring your own.

I"m interested in becoming zero waste but accepting of other life styles as i am easy going. I am looking for someone who will be respectful of others property and will keep the rooms clean and I"ll keep kitchen and shared spaces clean too. I have a dedicated food cupboard and shelves in fridge and freezer for you to use. I dry clothes in the conservatory and on a sunny day this can take under a day.

Parking is on the street. Have a look and let me know if you would like to see the room and meet me and my cat. We can discuss terms so don't be put off without negotiating you never know. Also if you need to move in before 7 Jan this might be possible.

It would ideally suit me to have someone on a shortish tenancy, maybe a contractor or locum in the area. But longer terms are good too.
