Hello,

I've a bright double room in my spacious open planned 2 bedroom flat available for rent. Based in Westbourne it's based a 10 minute walk from Emsworth town centre.

The flat will be shared with just myself, the owner. The whole flat was completely renovated a couple of years ago to a high spec.

The kitchen has a microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. There is off-street parking available at the front, side and rear of the property. At the rear is also a very large communal shared green space.

The room is available semi-furnished with bed, bedside tables and a chest of drawers. Equally these can be removed for your own pieces if they are not required.

Ideally looking for a professional who works regular hours. I'm self employed and predominantly work from the flat, however I do also spend a lot of time out and about!

You will have the flat to yourself a fair amount, and whenever I’m away. The rent is inclusive of all bills, including council tax.
